位在花蓮的太魯閣晶英酒店,今年上半年,一度因為0403大地震停業半年多,上個月才恢復營業,沒想到今天又突然宣布,即日起到明年1月15日暫停旅宿服務。

業者在臉書公告解釋,因為康芮颱風襲擊,重創東台灣,即便已經做足準備,還是無法抵禦無情的風雨,豪雨導致橋樑毀壞,山區電力整頓中,又暫時失去穩定水源,近期無法順利營業,休息期間,將全力投入修復工作。

財政部舉辦「雲端種樹趣e起集點樹」活動,被發現4人重複抽中iphone、iPad等大獎,引發外界質疑。財政部昨(6日)說明雲端發票活動重複中獎事件調查結果,強調沒有人為操作,中獎者也非主辦單位或廠商親友,但坦承廠商的抽獎程式調高了積極參與者的中籤權重,給予「優先抽獎機會」,網友炸鍋怒批「調權重就是作弊啊!」

財政部台北國稅局舉辦「雲端種樹趣e起集點樹」活動,民眾利用「財政部統一發票兌獎APP」完成不同任務,例如捐贈雲端發票等,就可獲得點數,用來兌換禮券或參加抽獎,分3期抽獎。財政部報告證實,承辦廠商參酌活動目的撰寫抽獎程式,但未依一般隨機抽獎方式(即積極參加者享有較多抽獎機會,每次抽獎機會均享相同中獎機率),而是採「調高積極參加者之權數值」及「給予優先抽獎機會」,希望提高積極參與者之中獎率。

PTT網友炸鍋怒批「第一次聽到抽獎有權重」、「調權重就是作弊啊,事前根本沒公告」、「調權重的設計根本就有問題啊,這不就代表權重他們可以自己調」。

根據國稅局統計,重複中大獎的4人在活動期間、每人累計所捐發票張數落在350至500張之間,遠高於一般參與者的平均3張。財政部表示,4位重複中獎人第3期獎品暫不發放,待司法調查確認,未涉及違法再發放。至於未來將規劃多元租稅宣導方式,如有辦理抽獎活動的必要,將研議更公平、合理及具公信力的抽獎方式,以符合活動目的及外界期待。

    不少人去日本旅遊,總會買些伴手禮回國,結果卻因為不熟悉規定,導致物品被海關扣下。就有一名女網友搭機從日本返台時,因為帶了8個OHAYO焦糖烤布蕾冰淇淋,當場被海關扣下,眼睜睜看著它們被丟進垃圾桶,讓她心痛不已。貼一出引發網友熱議,更釣出內行人出面提醒,布丁和奶油都屬於液體,要帶回國只能托運。

    原PO在臉書社團「日本便利商店及超市購物情報討論區」發文表示,她從日本搭機回台灣時,特地買了8個OHAYO焦糖烤布蕾冰淇淋,想說買了保冰袋,可以手提帶回去,沒想到卻在海關檢查時被扣下:「海關檢查說這個不行,眼睜睜看著8個被丟在垃圾桶。」針對這一情況,她忍不住淚喊:「心痛,是因為超過100ml的關係嗎?」

    貼文一出,引發網友熱議,不少人都替原PO感到可惜,紛紛留言:「被丟之前可以跟海關說當場吃完,起碼裝在肚子裡面,比較不會心痛」、「虧大了」、「哇!被丟掉好可惜喔」、「加減吃幾個也好,丟掉好可惜」、「好心痛!應該當場吃掉」、「是我的話會請在場的人一起幫忙吃,丟掉太浪費了」。對此,就有內行人提醒,像布丁、奶油、豆腐、起司塔、果凍等,這類半液態食物都只能托運,「下次遇到這種情況,如果還有時間,其實可以拜託地勤,讓你把這些東西重新過海關,她們會幫忙裝箱,再帶你走快速通關區,可以節省排隊時間,誠懇拜託地勤其實都願意幫忙,但還是盡量避免,然後有肉類的培根麵包也不可攜帶回國喔!」還有網友建議可以過海關後買就可以手提了。

    貼文也釣出不少網友分享類似經歷:「超過100ml沒錯,上禮拜我才經歷,不過我只買兩個,海關請我馬上吃完,還幫我丟垃圾」、「我帶了一包味噌,真空包的那種,不是盒子也不行,我直接送給機場人員,果凍現場打開分送吃掉」、「這跟手提果凍上機,在海關吃掉整盒的我們有得拚」、「我之前帶草莓口味的麵包也不行,我在海關面前也是直接吃完」、「我上次也忘記這個規定,被丟掉了3、4條柚子胡椒」、「這麽多年我在海關被迫丟掉的東西,總價值也有1、2萬台幣了」、「膏狀,液態物品超過100ml不能帶上飛機,為了避免液體炸彈的恐怖攻擊。
